For the best possible pet portrait, the quality of the image you upload is very important.
What makes a Great photo?
- The best photos are taken in sunlight or in a brightly lit room.
- Please provide high resolution photos. If taking new photos, please use a high resolution setting on your phone or camera.
- Please ensure that your pet's entire face and neck are visible. Full ears or other important features should be visible and not cropped.
- Please use a photo where your pet is looking towards the camera and facing forward. Other positions may be acceptable, however please be aware that your pet portrait will show your pet in the same position as on the photo.
